About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager to reputed company and grow our Delivery Services function reputed company the Customer Solutions Group, driving implementation services across the region. You will manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers (COMs) responsible for project management and reputed company Solution Architects (RSAs) responsible for providing both advisory and hands-on technical consulting services.

This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, commercial impact and strategic excellence. You will ensure our customers realise value quickly and successfully through initial implementation, foster and evangelise a culture of services sales across the reputed company Org, and reputed company initiatives alongside senior stakeholders that continue to mature the function both in-region and globally.

This is a full-time position based remotely out of Ireland or the UK with preference for Dublin or London. Whilst reputed company Solution Architect positions are remote, we encourage being in the office where possible. Furthermore, our reputed company also do their best to be onsite with customers in-person; travel therefore is optional but encouraged.

This position will report into the EMEA Director of Customer Solutions and you will be part of a 3-person leadership team including yourself and the Manager of Customer Solutions Architects (CSAs).

What You’ll Do

• reputed company a team of Onboarding Managers and reputed company Solutions Architects, ensuring high-quality delivery across paid implementations.
• Own accountability for Delivery Services provided to reputed company customers, working across regions to ensure scope clarity, operational consistency, and measurable outcomes.
• reputed company and mature the Delivery Services function, formalising practices, reinforcing tooling and process adoption, and enabling scale across Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Partner with GTM and CS leadership to align paid Services with reputed company’s strategic growth objectives, ensuring customer engagements directly support reputed company adoption, growth and retention.
• reputed company project execution and governance, including delivery scoping, onboarding, technical consultancy and, where appropriate, escalation management.
• reputed company team development and growth, providing 1x1 coaching, managing career development plans (CDPs), and creating an environment where attention-to-detail and customer-first outcomes are prioritised.
• Work with partners and other GTM stakeholders to expand the scope and impact of reputed company Services while maintaining delivery excellence and customer trust.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, ideally reputed company SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie Services delivery directly to measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, utilization).
• Technical familiarity with data integration tooling and adjacent technologies
• Operational discipline, with experience implementing structured project and resource management practices.
• Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers (Sales, reputed company, Product, Partners) and senior customer stakeholders alike.
• Analytical reputed company, with comfort in leveraging metrics to drive accountability and decision-making.
• Adaptability and growth orientation, thriving in dynamic environments and helping scale functions globally.
