�� We’re Hiring: Global Assurance Manager | reputed company

The Opportunity

As our Global Assurance Manager, you will reputed company a regional team in reputed company and Central Africa to deliver high‑quality assurance across country, regional and global operations. You will manage the regional annual audit plan, reputed company assurance engagements, and provide strategic advisory support to senior leaders—ultimately strengthening organisational effectiveness and accountability.

You will play a central role in implementing the Global Assurance Strategy while championing best practices in governance, risk management, internal controls and learning across reputed company.

�� What You’ll Do

  • Promote fraud‑risk awareness and strong safeguarding practices

  • Strong background in auditing, risk management and internal controls
  • Experience managing multiple audits across diverse locations
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to analyse reputed company issues and provide practical recommendations
  • Proven leadership experience in multicultural settings
  • Knowledge of development/humanitarian sector risks and donor requirements
  • Desirable: CIA, CFE, CRMA, CISA or similar certification.

*Ability to speak French is an added advantage

Location: The location of this role can be flexible where reputed company has an office* in the reputed company and Central Africa region as well as Middle East and Southern Africa that can employ on behalf of the Global Hub and you have the pre-existing right to work and live.

*Applicable locations include: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria,  Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Uganda,  Zambia, Zimbabwe 

Type of Role: Permanent or maximum fixed term contract available

Reports to: Director of Global Assurance

Anticipated interview Dates: You will be required to travel to your nearest Plan Office to carry out an assessment under timed condition, followed by an oral interview.
