We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Personal Injury Sales Manager (Intake) who will be responsible for overseeing the intake process, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of performance. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in setting and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing and implementing drip, email, and SMS campaigns, and will be expected to meet strict deadlines and goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager (Intake) must be skilled in formulating closing scripts to effectively reputed company clients, sourcing advertisement vendors, and hiring agencies to attract personal injury clients, reputed company while staying reputed company budget. A strong familiarity with setting up reputed company Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and finding talent to create impactful creatives to boost intake numbers is essential, along with superb client acquisition skills.
Compensation: $65,000 - $68,000 per annum.

- Personal injury law experience is mandatory.
