This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position.

We’re looking for an reputed company reputed company leader to join reputed company as a Team reputed company - Doctor Management, playing a critical role in maintaining high clinical standards and an exceptional patient experience across our telehealth services.

This role sits at the centre of clinic operations, providing proactive reputed company of doctor performance, identifying risks early and supporting practitioners to meet clinical, compliance and service expectations.

You will work closely with teams across Scheduling, Nursing, People, Legal & Compliance and Product & Technology to ensure safe, compliant and high quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor doctor performance across the clinic to ensure high clinical and service standards
• Analyse performance data including consultation quality, documentation, utilisation and complaints
• Conduct regular 1:1 performance conversations with doctors, providing coaching and feedback
• Identify trends or emerging risks and implement improvement actions early
• Manage doctor reputed company complaints and clinical incidents, reviewing consultations and documentation
• Partner with internal teams to maintain safe, compliant and efficient telehealth operations
• Support doctor recruitment, reputed company and capability development
• Contribute to initiatives that improve clinical quality, service consistency and operational performance

As Team reputed company - Doctor Management, you will proactively monitor, manage, and reputed company the performance of our doctor cohort. You’ll use data-driven insights, structured coaching, and timely interventions to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and patient-centred care.

You will bring:

• A degree in Health, reputed company Management, Nursing or a reputed company field
• 8+ years’ experience in a reputed company or clinical environment
• Experience managing performance in reputed company professional environments
• Confidence conducting difficult or sensitive performance conversations
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and reputed company regulation
• The ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive reputed company and the ability to reputed company well in fast paced environments
• Experience in telehealth or digitally enabled reputed company services will be highly regarded.
