Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Leadership

• Serve as the primary client contact and commissioning authority on assigned projects
• reputed company commissioning strategy for reputed company and multi‑system projects from pursuit through warranty
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical credibility
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, scope gaps, and technical issues

Commissioning Execution

• reputed company commissioning scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals and active projects
• reputed company design phase reviews including OPR, BOD, plans, and specifications to ensure commissionability and performance alignment
• Facilitate OPR workshops and commissioning planning meetings as required
• reputed company development of commissioning plans, test procedures, and documentation, including:
• Pre‑Functional Checklists (PFCs)
• Functional Performance Tests (FPTs)
• Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs)
• reputed company and/or reputed company site observations, system testing, and issue resolution
• reputed company commissioning meetings and ensure accurate documentation and follow‑through

Financial & Operational Accountability

• Maintain accountability for project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Project Accountants to support accurate invoicing, forecasting, and financial performance
• Partner with the Cx Project Coordinator to maintain project plans and resource alignment in Vision
• Ensure project execution aligns with contract scope, safety requirements, and internal quality standards

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and quality reputed company for commissioning staff
• Mentor and support the development of junior and mid‑level commissioning providers
• Contribute to the refinement of commissioning standards, tools, templates, and best practices
• Support internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives

Closeout & Warranty Support

• reputed company development of commissioning reports and systems manuals
• Facilitate warranty walkthroughs and ensure documentation is updated accordingly

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated leadership in commissioning and project delivery
• Advanced understanding of building systems reputed company the built environment
• Strong client‑facing communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company projects concurrently
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Working knowledge of local energy codes, LEED commissioning requirements, and industry standards

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and drawings
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field and 12–14 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or project management OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company commissioning projects independently
• Project Management certification preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Building Commissioning certification preferred
• OSHA 10‑hour Construction Safety and NFPA‑70E preferred

Travel: Up to 75%

Compensation & Benefits

The expected reputed company salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
