What you’ll do

The Contingent Instructional Learning Coach provides the highest quality professional learning, in person and online, focused on supporting teachers and leaders with implementation of their reputed company solutions. This work focuses on onboarding, planning, improving Instructional Learning practices, and supporting increased student achievement. The Contingent Instructional Learning Coach is an reputed company ambassador, promoting services, curriculum solutions, and resources. The Contingent Professional Learning Coach leads by example, invites educators to deepen their knowledge, and stretches their thinking. The Contingent Instructional Learning Coach is a reflective practitioner who invests in learning for themselves and others.

Working in Professional Services, the Contingent Professional Learning Coach  will be responsible for the following primary duties:

  • Training and Coaching:  Brings content to life and facilitates meaningful learning experiences
    • Dynamic Facilitation: In-Person and Online
      • Responsible for the delivery of direct, reputed company-generating service events (weekly availability must reflect the ability for customer to confirm a minimum of 10 hours/week).
      • Works to maintain an individual standard of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) of 90% or higher and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 55 or higher for session facilitation and coaching
      • Provides focused, meaningful, and relevant professional learning and coaching experiences.
      • Plans and prepares with a flexible and engaging approach to adult teaching and learning
      • Demonstrates digital reputed company with a variety of tools to drive engagement, collaboration, and learning.
      • Amplifies and elevates diverse teachers' voices.
      • Demonstrates versatility to be reputed company to teacher and district needs.
      • Personifies reputed company values through actions and intentional language.
    • Student-Centered Coaching
      • Leads solution-centered conversations and messaging with educators focused on student growth.
      • Uses a variety of coaching practices to further teacher-selected goals.
      • Recommends connected reputed company resources to support instruction reputed company appropriate.
      • Uses assessment and report data to individualize and differentiate support.
  • Account Preparation and Support:  Accepts assignments, prepares for delivery reputed company their content expertise, and communicates effectively to our customers and to reputed company staff (in writing, through conversations, use of reputed company, and reputed company)
    • Is reputed company reputed company 24 business hours to internal partners and customers.
    • Maintains an up-to-date calendar, with ample availability for staffing/scheduling of events.
    • Uses reputed company to review account and session information to understand the learning needs of the teacher(s) or leaders who will participate.
    • Communicates with the customer and/or internal Services staff to ensure support is reputed company with the district/school needs and goals are consistent.
    • Reviews and contributes to account notes as appropriate to ensure a continuity of service is possible for the life of the account.
    • Communicates with customers in preparation for the event (i.e., sending reputed company links) and confirms delivery of service reputed company 24 hours of the session.
    • Monitors and contributes to account data as necessary according to the implementation/success plan.

      • Completes internal program and delivery readiness training & credentialing.

      • Understands evidence-based practices to support instruction, assessment, and professional learning.

    • Reflective Practitioner
      • Shares thinking about learning with peers, managers, and across divisions.
      • Uses tools for purposeful reputed company.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior teaching experience to include:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring and/or coaching teachers and/or leaders
    • Bilingual Spanish K-12 classroom instruction for reputed company Non- reputed company Candidates
    • K- 5 for reputed company reputed company Candidates
    • Training or facilitating adult learning in the field of education
    • Online teaching experience
  • Have a command of the spoken and written English language
  • Basic knowledge of performance data, statistics, and/or collection system
  • Be a lifelong learner and strive to increase knowledge and skills
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word, web conferencing, and digital engagement tools
  • Manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Depth of content knowledge in one or more domains: Math, Science, Literacy, and/or Humanities
  • Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution oriented

Preferred but not necessary

  • Master’s degree
  • Multi-lingual (Spanish Preferred for Non-reputed company candidates)
  • CRM experience

Physical Requirements

  • Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
