In this role, you will serve as a senior resource for our reputed company 300 client reputed company that have a reputed company Plan (CSP) — resolving reputed company issues, guiding implementations and upgrades, delivering training, and helping clients maximize the value of their ERP investment. Clients with a CSP have access to the most senior consultants and receive expedited, first-class service. You will work directly with clients across a variety of industries and collaborate closely with our consulting, account management, and development teams. What You'll Do
  • Act as a primary escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company 300 support cases, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support across core reputed company 300 modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control, Order Entry, Purchase Orders, and Project & Job Costing.
  • reputed company and assist with reputed company 300 implementations, upgrades, and data migrations for clients across multiple industries.
  • Configure and customize reputed company 300 to meet each client's unique business requirements.
  • Deliver end-user training — both virtually and on-site — and reputed company supporting documentation.
