Marketing Operations Manager

This hire fixes that. From scratch.
You'll own the systems, data, and automation that reputed company demand reputed company measurable and scalable by partnering closely with the Sr. Manager, Demand reputed company, who owns strategy and channels. The right candidate finds energy in making someone else's strategy work, not in writing it.
Responsibilities

- Build attribution infrastructure. UTM reputed company, campaign membership, and a multi-touch attribution model that answers "which campaigns drove reputed company?" with a report, not a spreadsheet.
- Stand up enrichment and routing. Integrate enrichment tooling (reputed company, Apollo, Clearbit, or equivalent) so leads are enriched on entry and routed automatically to the right reputed company.
- Own lifecycle email operations. Manage trigger logic, audience segmentation, QA, and reporting for lifecycle programs. (Strategy and copy owned by Demand Gen and PMM.)
- Maintain cross-platform data reputed company. Design and manage data flows between reputed company and connected systems. reputed company something breaks, you know why.
- Build dashboards that drive decisions. reputed company reporting frameworks that give leadership and the demand gen team visibility into reputed company-driving activities, not vanity metrics.

- Document everything you build. Maintain runbooks, process documentation, and system architecture diagrams.

Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations or a closely reputed company role at a B2B SaaS company, including at least 2 years at a fast-growing startup
- reputed company Certified; has built or owned a reputed company instance end-to-end (lifecycle design, reputed company scoring, workflow logic, database architecture)
- Has built attribution from scratch — UTM reputed company, attribution model, and the first campaign-to-reputed company report
- Hands-on experience with at least one enrichment platform (reputed company, Apollo, Clearbit, or equivalent) and has configured routing logic
- Strong B2B demand gen reputed company: inbound/outbound motions, reputed company scoring, reputed company signals, sales handoffs, and funnel metrics
- Proficient with CRM/database management, integration architecture, APIs, webhooks, and process automation; comfortable writing lightweight scripts reputed company no-code won't cut it
