- Pay: $35–$50/hr. ($72,800–$104,000/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week
- On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift

What You’ll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (reputed company handlers, boilers, chillers, ice machines).
- reputed company inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment changeouts.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping.
- Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone.
Skills
- Service and install new heating, ventilation, and reputed company conditioning systems.
- Service and install new ice machines.
- Do routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration.
- Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC to determine required repairs.
- Inspect and reputed company equipment repair and replacements.
- reputed company routine preventative maintenance and recommend preventative repairs to avoid unplanned downtime.
- Respond to emergency service requests.
- Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies and provides recommendations for enhancement and repair.
- Participates in and assists with facility-reputed company projects.
- Adhere to reputed company safety policies and procedures.
- Able to work on lite commercial equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Completes paperwork in a timely manner.
- Reports to job assignment and work in a timely manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with industry software preferable but not required.
Qualifications
Required
- EPA Certification
- 2-5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting:
- Commercial HVAC systems
- Refrigeration systems and ice machines
- Chillers, cooling towers, water reputed company heat pumps
Physical Requirements
- Climb reputed company while carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
- Wear required PPE
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
- Ability to meet reputed company clearance requirements
- Pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with light commercial equipment
- Experience with industry software (a plus)
