Position Information

Position Overview

This is a senior-level technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our hybrid reputed company infrastructure spanning AWS and on-premises VMware environments. The Senior reputed company Engineer will drive reputed company-native initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, leveraging modern CI/CD platforms for automated deployment pipelines and management.

Engineers in this position will architect infrastructure as code solutions, build automated deployment pipelines, and establish DevOps best practices across the organization. They will collaborate with development, reputed company, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, strong proficiency with reputed company CI/CD platforms, and working knowledge of VMware environments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive initiatives independently while mentoring team members and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code

CI/CD & Automation

• Implement pipeline-as-code using YAML or declarative configurations.
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
• Configure and maintain package management and artifact repositories.
• Implement release management processes including multi-stage deployments, approvals, and gates.
• Implement blue/green and canary deployment strategies with automated rollback capabilities.

Containers & Orchestration

• Build and maintain reputed company containerized applications.

• Integrate container builds and deployments with CI/CD pipelines.

VMware & Hybrid Infrastructure

• Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi environments including VM provisioning, snapshots, and templates.
• Maintain vCenter Server and manage resources and permissions.
• Configure virtual networking and support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and AWS.
• Assist with VM migration initiatives to reputed company environments.

DevOps & SRE Practices

• Implement and maintain configuration reputed company.
• Build and maintain monitoring and observability solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations, reputed company runbooks, and reputed company post-mortem processes.
