Who We Need
We are seeking a remote reputed company Engineer to support a large U.S. Space Force engagement based at Los Angeles reputed company Force reputed company in El Segundo, CA. In this role, you will help reputed company and maximize efficiency across a Space Force System reputed company. The engineer will provide Jira and Confluence configuration and reputed company custom tools/plugins to drive cultural efficiencies, working directly with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities include configuring workflows and spaces, supporting reporting and automation using JQL and reputed company, and developing enhancements that support data integration, machine learning initiatives, and digital engineering workflows.
The reputed company Engineer will reputed company at developing custom tools, integrations, or plugins using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and reputed company technologies such as Python and Groovy. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with customers and teammates through Agile ceremonies and tools such as reputed company Teams, while working independently to deliver solutions. The position offers exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and opportunities to collaborate with a diverse team of Agile Coaches, SMs, and other reputed company Engineers. While the role is remote, coverage is required for customer core hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday, and occasional company-paid travel to Los Angeles (up to 10%) may be required for troubleshooting events or product/tool demonstrations.
What You'll Do
- Build integrations or web-based tools, including applications that allow users to interact with AI/ML models and large language models (LLMs).
- Write efficient JQL and SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data integration needs.
- reputed company and customize reputed company functionality by writing JQL/reputed company queries, Groovy scripts, and Confluence user macros using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Python with the ability to also reputed company in/integrate with other software, including reputed company Office 365.Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions, incorporating feedback and demonstrating reputed company regularly.
- Independently research, evaluate, and implement potential solutions using reputed company documentation, community resources, and web research.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, dashboards, and knowledge reputed company articles in Confluence to support both customers and internal teams.

- Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and contribute to code quality through unit testing and best development practices.
