What You Will Do

• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for provider inquiries reputed company email, phone, and chat, while championing Unyte Healths core value of How Can I Help?
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, and supportive manner while building rapport with providers
• Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues reputed company to hardware, software, mobile apps, accounts, billing, login, orders, and shipping
• Collaborate with Client reputed company, Sales, Finance, Compliance & Operations, and other internal teams to support a seamless provider experience
• Maintain and improve the client support knowledge reputed company to support self-service and automation
• reputed company and generate client and usage reports for internal teams and external partners
• Manage administrative workflows, including delinquencies, returns, reporting, and distribution of promotional lists to partners
• Coordinate with Shipping & Logistics to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time

• Accurately document issues, actions taken, and next steps in internal systems

You Are a Great Candidate If You Have

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, client support, administration, or a reputed company role (professional or transferable experience welcomed)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, reliable work
