We are seeking a Historic Preservation Sales Specialist to represent and grow our preservation client portfolio by developing relationships with owners, architects, preservation professionals, and public-sector stakeholders responsible for historic buildings. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, guiding clients through reputed company decision-making processes, and delivering solutions that align with preservation standards, regulatory requirements, and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for historic preservation services

  • Support clients in understanding regulatory frameworks, preservation standards, and project requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and project scopes in collaboration with internal teams
  • Participate in site visits, stakeholder meetings, and planning discussions

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in business development or sales reputed company construction, architecture, engineering, preservation, or reputed company professional services
