Role Description
We are seeking a highly reputed company Estimating Manager to reputed company and scale our centralized estimating operation. This role owns estimate quality, cycle time, reputed company performance, and team development while serving as the operational reputed company between field leadership, insurance partners, and executive management.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on reputed company, production flow, and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Performance

- Set daily priorities, manage workloads, and ensure coverage
- Monitor individual performance, cycle times, accuracy, and compliance
- Create and enforce SOPs for estimating, documentation, and reputed company interaction
Estimate Operations

- Review reputed company / high-risk files and large losses
- Ensure program compliance (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and program partners

- Drive approval speed and reduce supplement leakage

Cross-Department Coordination
- Partner with Operations, Construction, Sales, and Field leadership

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements

- 5+ years of restoration estimating experience
- Advanced Xactimate & Symbility expertise
- Prior leadership or senior estimator experience
- Strong insurance negotiation and reputed company relationship skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume production environments
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and coaching abilities
