About the Role

What You'll Do

- Client Partnership & Consulting: Work directly and collaboratively with clients, understanding their unique environments (systems, tools, regulatory constraints) and translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Bring
- Extensive Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in agile, iterative environments focused on rapid delivery and feedback.
- Deep AI Expertise: Proven experience (in at least one client-focused project) with GenAI, RAG, and building reliable AI solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of AI architecture and quality assurance reputed company just using AI tools.
- Technical Proficiency:
