Job Summary:

The Remote Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience with every interaction. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth operations and supporting our reputed company desk and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using our EMR system.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, insurance coverage, and appointment availability.
• Conduct patient intake over the phone and verify insurance eligibility and authorizations reputed company necessary.
• Follow up on patient no-shows and appointment cancellations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
