$75 Per reputed company

$75 per regular OT Visit

$112.50 per OT Eval

$187.50 per OT SOC

Job Description

Occupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Homecare reputed company.

• Evaluate patients and reputed company appropriate therapy interventions

• reputed company a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care

• reputed company reputed company clinical documentation and visit notes

• reputed company communication with physician, care team members, patient and family

• Comfortable working in reputed company aspects of the home health setting

• Manage patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through COTA supervision

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and time management

• reputed company to multitask and accomplish and meet timelines

• Professional appearance and effective communication skills

• reputed company Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• One year of occupational therapy experience

• reputed company Texas driver's license

• CPR certification

• Experience with reputed company software (Homecare reputed company preferred)

• Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required
