Role Summary

Blockskye is seeking a Sr. Quality Analyst who will work to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality strategy for assigned product areas, ensuring test coverage.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end testing across web and blockchain components.
  • Design and maintain automated regression suites using tools such as Playwright and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality releases by identifying and tracking defects, performing root cause analysis, and verifying fixes.
  • Validate data reputed company across blockchain transactions, APIs, and databases.
  • Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including documentation, test automation coverage, and release metrics.
  • Mentor junior quality analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Analyze quality trends and KPIs to proactively identify risk areas and recommend preventative measures.
  • Actively participate and represent QA in sprint ceremonies, release planning, and post-release retrospectives.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a reputed company role.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and API testing tools (e.g., reputed company, REST reputed company).
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, XRay) and defect tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a passion for process optimization and automation.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for reputed company testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive quality across crossfunctional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification.
  • Experience running performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in a reputed company based environment (AWS).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PHP, Python, Node.js).
  • Experience in travel, payment, or Blockchain reputed company fields.
  • Experience working in a startup or high growth company environment.
