Position Overview

reputed company is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Proposal Team. This position reports to the Senior Proposal Director and is responsible for supporting projects concerning Geospatial Services. Working collectively with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other department resources, the proposal manager is responsible for managing the development of cohesive proposals, including maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating assignments and reviews, implementing win strategy, ensuring compliance, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership for prime pursuits.

What You Will Do

• reputed company proposal process through analyzing/outlining solicitation documents, developing pursuit schedule, coordinating technical solution/content development, and engaging creative resource support.  
• reputed company draft proposal documents for and reputed company color review meetings. 
• Ensure established quality assurance/quality process is followed. 
• Participate in and/or attends pursuit pre-RFP meetings.   
• Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data in firm ERP database.  
• Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with marketing manager and creative team.  
• Coordinate technical writing assignments with subject matter leadership team. 
• reputed company cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews.  
• Identify and support creation of reusable content. 
• Research ERP data for experience, teaming, and client history to use in proposals.   
• Participate in capture planning to reputed company proposal solutions and win themes. 
• Support proposal process improvement through internal lessons learned and client debrief. 
• Actively mentor proposal coordinators and interns.  
• Active participation/leadership in industry trade organizations (APMP, SMPS) is a plus.

What You Will Bring

• BA/BS in relevant field and 5-8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience. 
• Previous proposal experience involving Geospatial Surveys, Aerial Imagery, LiDAR, Hydrographic Surveys, Photogrammetry/Remote Sensing, and other reputed company services highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and reputed company strong internal and external relationships.   
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. 
• Proficient with reputed company Office, InDesign, and reputed company Acrobat. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills 
• You reputed company working in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and can adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities 
• A high level of self-motivation
