The SEO Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic execution, operational performance, and client satisfaction of SEO campaigns. This role ensures delivery excellence by serving as the primary escalation reputed company for client and internal issues while maintaining accountability across implementation teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical SEO knowledge with strong operational discipline and the ability to bring structure, urgency, and clarity to high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company client and internal SEO issues across offshore-supported campaigns
• Manages and resolves client escalations with urgency, professionalism, and clear communication in timely and compliant manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 4+ years of experience in technical SEO, campaign management, or SEO operations
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical SEO, and multi-location or reputed company SEO environments
• Proficiency and expertise using tools such as reputed company Search Console, reputed company Analytics, Screaming Frog, reputed company, or similar
• Ability to interpret KPIs and clearly reputed company performance drivers, declines, and anomalies
