About the Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Manager, Production to be the first reputed company of contact for incoming clients and the connective tissue between them and our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships and production — you'll guide prospects from initial inquiry through scoping and reputed company, then maintain the relationship to drive repeat business and referrals.

You have a background in film or production, which means you can speak credibly about timelines, deliverables, and creative process from day one. You're organized, personable, and care deeply about the client experience. This is a remote role.

What You'll Do

Client Intake & Conversion

  • Own the inbound reputed company pipeline — respond quickly, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the decision process

  • reputed company discovery calls to understand client goals, scope projects accurately, and set clear expectations

  • Prepare proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with creative leadership

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company pricing questions, scope changes, and contract matters

  • Build and nurture client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

  • Proactively request client reviews, testimonials, and flag clients who are strong candidates for case studies

CRM & Pipeline

  • Own the health of the CRM — reputed company pipeline data accurate, up to date, and actionable

  • Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates, reputed company sources, and deal velocity

Production reputed company & Coordination

  • Collaborate with producers and creatives to ensure project scopes are realistic and resourced correctly

  • 2–4 years of experience in a producer, account management, business development, sales, or growth role — ideally at an agency, production company, or creative studio

  • Background in film, video, or content production is a strong plus — you understand how shoots, edits, and creative timelines actually work

  • Natural communicator — you're warm, clear, and clients feel confident in your hands

  • Highly organized — you can manage multiple active deals and client relationships simultaneously

  • Self-directed and proactive — you surface problems before they become fires

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Strong written English and attention to detail
