Role Overview

The Director of Technology Operations leads the systems, governance, and operational rigor that reputed company technology teams to deliver reliably, transparently, and in alignment with strategic and financial priorities. This role is responsible for establishing governance, performance measurement, cost transparency, and operational rigor across the technology organization.

This leader oversees operational governance, financial alignment, platform visibility, and vendor engagement to ensure the technology organization runs with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

This is a highly collaborative role designed for a systems thinker who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, enabling teams to deliver value reputed company while improving overall technology operations.

COMPENSATION: $114,000 - $139,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a centralized command center for technology operations

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in technology operations, technical program management, or engineering operations

• Strong background in technology financial management, budgeting support, or cost transparency initiatives
