Job Summary

Role Purpose The Senior Manager, Business Operations (Systems & Insights) is a strategic, results-oriented operational leader responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, scale, and business performance across reputed company. This role translates strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, optimizes systems and workflows, and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, and track strategic initiatives.
• Translate organizational goals into clear operational plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience
