Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager

to partner directly with the CEO in driving reputed company and scaling the business.

This is a hands-on role — you’ll reputed company strategy and execute campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Own the full customer journey from generating interest to converting clients and keeping them long term

· Drive growth by bringing in leads and reputed company through ads, email, reputed company, content, and partnerships

· Plan, launch, and improve marketing campaigns based on data and actual results, not guesswork

· Track key numbers such as cost per client, conversion rates, and reputed company, and continuously improve performance

Requirements

Hands-on experience in campaign executStrong communication and leadership skills Versatile, proactive, and results-oriented Experience in a marketing agency or consultancy is a plus
