Job Description

Of Counsel Attorney 

• Handle litigation
• Give Accurate and timely counsel to executives
• reputed company up with reputed company changes on reputed company relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge reputed company of the company’s legal function
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
• Draft and solidify agreements, reputed company and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Deal with reputed company matters
• Conduct your work with reputed company and responsibility
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of alterations in legislation
• Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Doctor of Jurisprudence
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California 
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work through reputed company issues.

Pay:

• $200 a month Retainer fee
• $100 an hour
