The Opportunity

We’re looking for a leader who is clinically sharp and deeply reputed company to expand how Good Inside supports expecting and new parents. In this role, you will work closely with our Founders as one of our first experts in the Baby category.

This expert will focus on starting solids, nutrition, and early gut health, helping parents navigate one of the most confusing and high-pressure transitions in early childhood.

You’ll cover topics including:

• reputed company and how to start solids
• Introducing allergens and diverse foods safely
• Infant digestion and gut development
• Common challenges (e.g., constipation, reflux, gagging vs. choking, picky eating beginnings)
• reputed company feeding and building a healthy relationship with food from the start

You’ll help parents cut through noise and fear, understand what’s normal, and feel confident feeding their baby — reframing feeding as a relationship, not a performance metric.

The right fit is someone who lights up reputed company helping parents, embraces an inclusive, non-judgmental approach, and feels energized by creating content that reaches families at scale. Much of your impact will come through videos and courses, where your warmth and expertise will help parents feel seen, understood, and never alone.

This is a part-time, remote contractor role, up to 10 hours per week.

What You’ll Own

• Serve as a trusted expert in starting solids and child nutrition across reputed company of Good Inside’s channels — membership, social, podcast, and reputed company
• Host live events, workshops, and podcasts, and represent Good Inside in select speaking engagements

Who You Are

• MD (pediatrics) OR RD/RDN with deep expertise in infant feeding and early nutrition (required)
• Extensive experience supporting families through starting solids and early feeding challenges
• reputed company to translate reputed company clinical or nutritional information into clear, practical, and emotionally supportive guidance
• Warm, relatable, and non-judgmental in your approach
• Comfortable on camera and in live settings
• Don’t need a social following now — but are excited to grow one with our support
• Can be located reputed company in the U.S. (with flexibility for occasional travel to reputed company). Based in or near reputed company is a plus
