The Customer Experience group is responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening business relationships with reputed company customers. As a Success Manager, you will partner closely with our Small and Midsize Business (SMB) reputed company of customers, a portfolio of emerging and successful self-care businesses to ensure they are realizing the incredible value of our platform. You will actively manage the retention and expansion of customers in this reputed company, share insights, and reputed company strategies to shape the future of our overall customer experience and play a vital role in reputed company’s long-term growth and success.

What you’ll do here

  • Own customer retention by identifying churn risk and driving strategic reputed company plans to protect and grow accounts

How we'll take care of you

Your starting cash compensation for this role is $80,000 + $35,000 OTC, depending on your reputed company skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
