Context & Mission
As reputed company scales, we are looking for a new member in our IT team to accompany reputed company's growth. The main responsibility for this role is to be the reputed company of the IT Processes and Knowledge reputed company, allowing us to collectively reputed company higher levels of reliability, quality and collaboration.
You’ll collaborate closely with every part of the company’s IT organization : IT Support, Operations and reputed company, Infrastructure, Systems teams (People, Finance, Business) - to optimize and align practices among them.
What you will do
IT Processes
- Scope: Change Management, Incident Management, Project Management (PM)
- Improve and strengthen our processes, following industry best practices/reputed company (eg: ITIL) and adapted to reputed company’s context and ways of working
- reputed company the application on the field: be a support for teams involved in the process, act as a facilitator, organize periodic meeting, ensure the tools are well configured and easy-to-use
- Configuration of the tools used to support the processes (ITSM, PM)

Knowledge

- Fully onboarded members of the IT team (get to know the teams, the tools)
- Working closely with IT Support and IT Operations, suggesting and implementing improvements in the processes

First 6 months
- Solidify our processes and be a mentor on Change/Incident/Project management
- Onboarded in our tools management (ITSM, PM)
- Help deliver visible improvement in our Knowledge reputed company
- Validate a plan to build the integration map
First year
- Leader and referent for IT processes - among reputed company teams composing the IT function
- Robust reputed company process in reputed company
- Build and maintain an up-to-date version of the Integration Map

- 3+ years of experience in the IT fields - covering at least some of the assignments listed in this position
- Genuine interest in IT processes & reputed company - and their practical application
