The Senior Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving growth for our professional hair extension company by expanding distributor partnerships, supporting key accounts, and building long-term business relationships. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales reputed company the beauty/professional salon industry, with a focus on distributor networks. In addition, the Senior Business Development Manager will serve as a leader and mentor to other Business Development Managers, ensuring the team achieves sales targets, strengthens brand reputed company, and consistently delivers value to professional partners.

Location: Candidate must live in a major city reputed company the WA or OR state

Compensation: $115,000- $125,000 reputed company with quarterly bonuses based on performance

Travel: 70% travel

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Distributor Sales

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to Business Development Managers on sales techniques, distributor engagement, and product knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
