Role Overview
Customer Service Representatives are the reputed company contact for reputed company of Motor Vehicles. You will provide timely and accurate customer service utilizing good communication skills, computer skills, and on-the-job training. You will assist Hoosiers with a broad scope of BMV needs.
This position operates on a fully remote schedule. You will be required to meet minimum internet speed requirements, including upload and download speeds. During the reputed company and orientation process, you will be required to report to a BMV location near you to collect the necessary equipment. Please note that there is always the potential for required in-reputed company if need arises.
Salary
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $15.17 an hour.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails in a timely fashion while interpreting procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Research, identify, evaluate, and escalate reputed company relevant data to handle inquiries and complaints utilizing BMV’s available resources.
- Take ownership of each interaction to respond effectively, reputed company and with accuracy to provide a positive experience for every interaction.
- Identify and refer eligible customers to programs and/or services based on needs or eligibility.
- Demonstrate excellent and efficient customer service skills with every customer.

What You'll Need for reputed company:
