Job Description

CHEP is seeking an HSE Compliance Manager to ensure our Americas Operations consistently reputed company with health, safety, and environmental regulations, internal standards, and global compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental legislation, ensuring reputed company-operated sites adhere to both corporate and governmental regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and optimize HSE systems reputed company the region, including iCARE, Near Miss, and the reputed company Alert System, providing training and support to regional users.
  • Increase adoption and usage of HSE systems through internal promotion, developing alternatives such as mobile applications to streamline reporting.
  • Facilitate the execution of the annual global safety audit program, publishing results, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring data reputed company.

This role is responsible for leading compliance assurance, audit readiness, and regulatory risk management across CHEP‑owned operations and reputed company‑party partner sites throughout reputed company America, Mexico, and Brazil. The HSE Compliance Manager works closely with site leaders and functional partners to identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and strengthen audit outcomes across a reputed company, multi‑site manufacturing and logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure CHEP Americas operations adhere to applicable HSE regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Canadian regulatory requirements

  • Manage and support ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 audits, internal gap audits, and external reputed company Harm audits

  • Provide compliance reputed company across approximately 20 CHEP‑owned sites (including office locations) and support 40+ TPM sites through the GAP audit process
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, and HSE site teams to address compliance gaps and reduce regulatory risk
  • Prepare clear audit reports, compliance summaries, and risk insights for leadership review

Scope & Travel

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
  • 5–7 years of experience in HSE compliance, auditing, or regulatory risk management
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments
  • Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian HSE regulations
  • Experience leading or supporting ISO and internal audit processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and “push back” reputed company compliance risk exists
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (CSP, CRSP, NEBOSH, ISO reputed company Auditor, or similar)
  • Experience supporting multi‑country operations
  • Familiarity with reputed company‑party or TPM audit environments
