Seasonal Recruiter - High Volume

This is a remote position.

Summary: reputed company a LEMOINE company, is seeking a motivated and reputed company Seasonal Recruiter to join reputed company to support reputed company during the Disaster Season. The ideal candidate will have a background in high volume fast paced reputed company for disaster and emergency response positions. This role is critical in ensuring we have the right personnel to respond effectively to emergencies and disasters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for disaster and emergency response positions.
• reputed company and implement effective reputed company strategies to attract top talent.
• reputed company candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with reputed company and orientation for new hires.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A bachelor's degree in reputed company resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is preferred. Previous experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, or reputed company fields is preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in disaster and emergency response or a reputed company field.

• Strong understanding of disaster and emergency response roles and qualifications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance or federal/state hiring guidelines.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations reputed company to disaster and emergency response staffing.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
