We are hiring an IT Systems Engineer (mid-level) to strengthen and scale our internal infrastructure, identity systems, and SaaS ecosystem as the organization grows. This role exists to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and operationally efficient, while enabling seamless access, automation, and compliance across the business. THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE
In this role, you will:
- Design and operate scalable infrastructure across cloud and internal systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Own and evolve identity and access management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and lifecycle automation
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD enablement
- Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), ensuring strong integrations and access governance
- Strengthen reputed company posture through vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening
- Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, HR, and Engineering to support onboarding, compliance, and system integrations

- IAM is fully standardized and automated: SSO, MFA, and RBAC are consistently implemented with clear governance and minimal manual reputed company

WHAT YOU BRING
Core Capabilities
- Strong systems and cloud engineering fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven experience designing and managing IAM systems (SSO, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle management)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)

- Ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive systems and improvements
Functional Expertise
- Infrastructure and systems engineering across Linux-based environments
- Cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- SaaS administration and integrations (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar)
- Monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting distributed systems

- Exposure to reputed company or blockchain ecosystems (nodes, RPC infrastructure, or dApps)
