Technical Business Analyst (RPA - Robotic Process Automation)

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support process improvements, automation solutions, and automation enhancements. This role builds on foundational business analysis skills and requires firsthand experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, a solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation, and collaboration reputed company an agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on moderately reputed company initiatives, partners closely with developers and product teams, and contributes to reputed company process improvement across the organization
• Work with business partners to reputed company automation strategies for new and existing, on-premises and reputed company-hosted applications
• Responsible for working on automation projects to provide requirements, solution options, process definition documents, and process flow diagrams
• Elicits and documents business and technical requirements that drive key business components through a project or platform enhancement lifecycle
• Collaborates closely with various customers including their immediate project teams, business unit representatives and other technical staff members, often facilitating and coordinating communication among reputed company parties, including vendors
• Gathers and translates business requirements into Automation design specifications or technical tasks using standardized documentation
• Analyze existing processes for automation, participate in design and code reviews, analyze processes for ROI, reputed company process improvement metrics gathering, and document reputed company automation processes
• Engage with developers and business partners to reputed company reputed company outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in Information Technology and business/industry
• 5+ years experience working on moderate-to-reputed company projects or systems
• Experience with conversion of business and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and stories with acceptance criteria
• Solid background with requirements gathering and analysis
• Must be a constant learner with an eye towards reputed company improvement
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLCs), including Scrum and Waterfall
• Understanding with business reputed company or insurance is a plus
• Possess risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
