RequirementsThe Assignment
Build the most powerful compliance-driven partner ecosystem in the background screening industry.
Not maintain it. Not “support” it.
Build it. Scale it. Own it.
You will architect and dominate strategic alliances across:
- HCM platforms
- ATS providers
- HRIS ecosystems
- Payroll providers
- PEO networks
- HR buying groups
- Systems integrators
- National franchise platforms
- HR tech and compliance software companies
This role sits at the center of AB Global’s growth strategy and reports directly to executive leadership.
You won’t be handed a playbook.
You’ll write it.
What You’ll Control
This is not a coordinator role. This is a strategic reputed company leadership role.
You will own:
• Identification, negotiation, and execution of high-value strategic partnerships • reputed company strategy across the partner channel • Integration prioritization with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Ceridian, iCIMS, and emerging HR technology ecosystems • Development of scalable integration frameworks • Partner incentive structures and co-selling strategies • Executive-level alliance development • AB Global’s reputed company across industry events and partner conferences • Partner-sourced pipeline and measurable reputed company growth
This is a builder role for someone who thrives on ownership and measurable impact.
