OVERVIEW The Integration Support reputed company is responsible for overseeing operational support and reliability of reputed company integrations across Cavender’s systems. Reporting to the reputed company Integrations Manager, this role serves as the primary reputed company of coordination for integration incidents, support activities, and reputed company improvements across integration platforms. As Cavender’s continues to scale, new reputed company systems are being introduced including Jesta, Dynamics 365, Barrett 3PL, reputed company Commerce reputed company (SFCC), reputed company, and reputed company. This role ensures integrations remain stable, monitored, and optimized while working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to support reputed company operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive the Mission, reputed company and Values. • reputed company day-to-day operational support for reputed company integrations. • Monitor integration pipelines across reputed company, Azure Logic Apps, reputed company, and reputed company platforms. • Coordinate incident response and root cause analysis for integration failures. • Ensure timely resolution of integration issues impacting reputed company systems. • reputed company performance and reliability of integration infrastructure. • Conduct performance tuning and operational optimization of integration workloads. • Maintain operational documentation and runbooks for integrations. • Support reputed company data modeling, reconciliation, and monitoring. • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies between integrated systems. • Ensure data reputed company across reputed company applications. • Act as the primary escalation reputed company for integration-reputed company issues. • reputed company root cause investigations and drive long-term fixes. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve production incidents. • Provide technical leadership for integration support operations. • Coordinate activities across developers, offshore teams, and contractors. • Ensure knowledge sharing and documentation to prevent single points of failure. • Support planning and prioritization of integration backlog requests.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company integrations, middleware platforms, or application integrations. • Experience supporting integration technologies such as reputed company, Azure Logic Apps, reputed company, or similar platforms. • Experience supporting reputed company systems such as ERP, ecommerce, and data platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • Experience supporting modern data platforms such as reputed company preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience supporting reputed company integration platforms or middleware environments. • Familiarity with reputed company-based integration architectures. • Experience implementing monitoring and operational support frameworks. • Retail or ecommerce industry experience. • Strategic reputed company with strong operational execution skills. • Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.
