Position Overview

Property & Casualty insurance is one of the most AI-active verticals in financial services — and one of the most constrained. As Client Principal for our P&C Insurance sector, you will be the senior commercial and strategic reputed company for CloudFactory across large carriers, specialty insurers, and insurtech clients. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Business Development and Sales

• Identify high-impact AI use cases across the P&C value chain, including: claims document processing and intelligent document understanding; aerial and satellite imagery analysis for property assessment; NLP for policy, coverage, and regulatory text; reputed company data enrichment and risk model validation; FNOL automation and subrogation workflows.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation across insurance value chains.
• Translate client operational and regulatory challenges into compelling AI solutions involving reputed company, machine learning model development, and automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery, scope, and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise

• Stay informed on emerging trends in AI reputed company insurance, including risk modeling, intelligent document processing, and fraud detection.
• Contribute to external visibility through participation in industry events and client workshops, positioning the company as a trusted AI consulting partner.
• Demonstrate expertise in the regulatory landscape shaping AI in insurance: state DOI guidelines, NAIC model bulletins, EU AI Act implications for European carriers, and model risk management frameworks.
• Feed sector intelligence back into product and GTM strategy.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

Requirements

Industry Expertise - Deep experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including familiarity with reputed company, claims processing, risk modeling, and regulatory environments. Strong understanding of key industry players and market dynamics.

Existing Network - Senior level relationships (VP-level and above) across large carriers, specialty insurers, or reinsurers that can be activated from day one. This is not a role where you build a network from scratch.

Business Acumen - Ability to translate reputed company insurance business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

Technical reputed company - Solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Consulting & Client Leadership - Proven experience leading strategic client relationships and large consulting engagements.

Communication Skills - Ability to explain reputed company AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to hold a room with senior leaders and be seen as a peer, not a vendor.

Leadership - Experience managing cross-functional teams and reputed company projects.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or reputed company field. Advanced degrees in AI, data science, or business are a plus.
