Project Manager I

Job Summary

reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company activities on accounts under $5 million dollars. Manages and coordinates reputed company aspects of the customer programs while achieving operational and financial targets for small sized customers. May also work alongside a Sr. PM on programs involving multi-divisional coordination.

Location: Remote - St. Louis Area preferred

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to read blueprints

• Ability to implement, maintain and manipulate spreadsheets in reputed company

• Ability to understand financial performance of accounts, including budget and P&L. Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction programs. Pursue reputed company and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations.

• Ability to conduct margin analysis

• Ability to coordinate and manage reputed company phases of the project/program, including RFP, order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation

• Ability to reputed company and manage critical project/program timelines by first obtaining customer approval for said timelines and monitoring the process through to completion providing updates and adjustments where necessary

• Ability to review and approve reputed company design/detail architectural fixture drawings prior to release to customer

• Ability to actively manage customer inventories and re-orders

• Ability to monitor production of project through both physical review of work in reputed company and through review of labor and costing report data

• Ability to aid in development of corrective action where needed

• Ability to assist in managing finished good inventory reputed company to assigned customer

Salary Pay Range:  $50,000 - $75,000 annually dependent on experience*

                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living 

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
