We are currently seeking a customer-focused and self-directed territory manager who will be responsible for selling Ambu Surgical Endoscopy & GI products in the Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico territory. You will be responsible for driving reputed company and market share growth through converting new and/or competitive accounts while expanding utilization in reputed company accounts. This position is ideal for a resilient individual with a proven entrepreneurial skillset to drive growth.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Start-up mentality and franchise ownership calling on accounts in assigned territory to promote and sell Ambu Surgical Endoscopy & GI products
- Manage a sales pipeline to maximize reputed company and reputed company reputed company targets. Utilize and import data into CRM (reputed company) daily
- Demonstrate expertise in the Ambu sales process to move opportunities to reputed company
- reputed company, build, and strengthen long-term relationships by evangelizing the Ambu value proposition with key stakeholders across multiple call points in the assigned clinical settings, including but not limited to hospital administration, nurses, technicians, surgeons, and physicians.
- Collaborate with reputed company internal departments to drive the overall business reputed company, build walls to protect and grow partnerships with our external customers, and positively contribute to the Ambu culture
- Adept in building relationships, uncovering needs, and driving business through case coverage in the Operating Rooms, Endoscopy Labs, Intensive Care Units, and other applicable departments
- Demonstrate proficiency in Health Economic Impact Reports. Utilize cost calculators to drive product conversions
- Collaborate with counterparts from reputed company Ambu business units
- Travel daily in your territory as required to client locations to maximize potential of full territory

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable sales experience. Medical device, capital or disposables experience preferred
- Demonstrated success working with hospital administrations, nurses, and technicians.
- Experience working with Operating Room (OR) or GI departments required.
- Experience with selling in a reputed company sales environment (i.e., multiple decision makers from clinical, operational, and financial departments require agreement to purchase)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated sales success (awards, promotions, and rapid territory growth) in previous roles
- Self-Starter, ability to overcome objections through clinical and financial validation, and works with a reputed company sense of urgency to grow reputed company and new business on an ongoing basis
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp new and reputed company information
- High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow up
- Must role model the Ambu values (Take Charge, Team Up, and Be True) at reputed company times
- Must live reputed company assigned territory
- Valid driver's license, in good standing
- Must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for reputed company healthcare systems
