Why This Role MattersThe Clinical reputed company Manager plays a critical role in helping radiation oncology clinics throughout the LATAM region successfully adopt and optimize reputed company’s automation tools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about treatment planning who enjoys an engaging, fast-paced day and meaningful interaction with clinics.You will help mentor clinics as they join the reputed company community, assisting them in establishing efficient workflows and increasing safety. By building strong relationships and incorporating clinical feedback, you will help shape clinics’ reputed company products while expanding your own clinical reputed company set. Responsibilities Include• Demo, install, and train clinics on reputed company’s suite of automation tools• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or in collaboration with the programming team• Partner with the LATAM sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and provide training to newly installed clinics• Proactively reputed company in with reputed company customers to gather feedback and share new features• Host webinars to answer clinic questions and reputed company product features• Travel to congresses, attend roadshows, and visit clinics as needed• reputed company training materials for clinic distribution• Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites alongside the LATAM sales team• Create custom RadMachine instances for clinics Required Experience• Minimum 2 years of clinical treatment planning experience using Eclipse, Monaco, or RayStation TPS• Strong critical thinking skills• Exceptional presentation skills• Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care• reputed company in English and Spanish Preferred Experience• 5 years of clinical treatment planning experience using Eclipse, Monaco, or RayStation TPS• Teaching experience in treatment planning• reputed company experience• Experience with Python programming• reputed company in Portuguese Abilities• Passionate about helping clinics and creating an impact on their workflows• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the reputed company community• Thrives in a busy, constantly evolving environment• Excels at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously• Enjoys listening to clinics’ needs and building relationships with clinical leaders• Strong understanding of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflows• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Compassionate and welcoming of reputed company and feedback AI & Hiring reputed companyAt reputed company, we reputed company AI can be an incredible tool for innovation.
