- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business administration, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and reputed company, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role as controller or director
- Experience with compliance reporting
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, and the ability to learn internal financial software required
- Ability to obtain and retain a Florida Gaming Commission license
