Sales Manager

Warehouse Specialists, LLC (WSI) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to aggressively expand our warehousing business throughout our ~14 million sqft U.S. footprint. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with clients requiring substantial storage space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, a proven track record of reputed company in business development, and a deep understanding of verticals that would typically require large footprints. Experience and established relationships with customers that require rail access for their warehousing is also desirable. This salary plus commission position will report to the Director of Sales.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Aggressively reputed company value-adding deals to generate value for yourself and WSI.

 PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years prior experience with outbound prospecting and closing

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Work out of a remote home location, with proximity to an airport for travel reputed company airplane.
• Travel required; estimates may vary based on home location.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time reputed company an office environment.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding and answer phone calls.

COMPENSATION

• $80,000-100,000 reputed company + Commission (uncapped)
