Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll earn a competitive hourly reputed company of $25-$29 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay. You'll also receive a $2 shift differential for working evening shifts.
