About the Role

Church & Dwight’s Specialty Products Division (SPD) is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Leader to reputed company the Americas Field Technical Services function for the AHAN business unit to be the key sales enablement function for the field sales teams. Reporting to the AHAN Americas Head of Sales this role will be responsible for leading this function across reputed company and South America, as well as across reputed company species and segments in the AHAN business. This leader will ensure necessary internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, etc.) and customers are trained and technically proficient, so sales targets are delivered. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• PhD in Animal Sciences or DVM required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years industry experience in a company with offerings requiring a technical sales process and scientific acumen is required.
• Proven record of leading individuals charged with technically supporting sales teams for accelerated growth in the animal nutrition or animal health space.
• Proven track record of sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience across multiple animal species is preferred.
• Professional experience in both reputed company America and South America is preferred.
