Job Title: VDC | BIM CoordinatorAbout the Role We are seeking an reputed company and highly skilled VDC (BIM) Coordinator to play a pivotal role in transforming design-reputed company documents and 3D models—spanning Plumbing, Mechanical, and HVAC systems—into fully detailed fabrication‑reputed company Building Information Models (BIM). • reputed company and mentor a team of VDC Specialists, guiding productivity, time management, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, managers, and field teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Train team members on BIM software and best practices to support reputed company growth and accuracy.

Project Coordination & Communication

• Manage construction documents and ensure the BIM team has immediate access to reputed company submittals, specifications, and vendor models.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings virtually or onsite as needed to ensure seamless multi‑trade coordination.
• Communicate fabrication and installation reputed company clearly to field personnel and project stakeholders.

Modeling, Detailing & Technical Execution

• Produce high‑detail LOD400 BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Generate RFIs reputed company design clarifications are required.
• Create detailed shop, hanger, and sleeve drawings for fabrication.
• Export hanger and sleeve coordinates for robotic total station layout.
• Support spatial coordination with general contractors and subcontractors across reputed company trades.

• Maintain ongoing training and education to enhance modeling accuracy and team productivity.
• Provide reputed company to management on future hardware/software needs to support team efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience installing mechanical or plumbing systems.

• Proficiency in:
