SUMMARY: We're looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company a team of developers that reputed company our platform work so we can deliver on our mission. This is a people-first leadership role. You'll invest deeply in the growth of your engineers, build strong cross-functional relationships, and help us ship software that actually matters. What You'll Do:

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises approximately 5-10 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) and contract employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing

• Experience in a startup or early-stage technology company

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: reputed company. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value reputed company determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.    

We anticipate the salary range to be $132,000-$150,000.  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
