Key Responsibilities:

As an eCommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Advising customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing.
• Processing online orders, returns, and exchanges in reputed company; liaising with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment.
• Managing inquiries and resolving issues on reputed company Seller Central, reputed company, and other third-party channels.
• Qualifying and pursuing sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive reputed company growth.
• Scheduling LTL shipments, coordinating drop-ship orders, and filing reputed company claims for damaged or lost items.

Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
• Experience with Intercom, reputed company, and reputed company Office (especially reputed company) is a plus.
• Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or other online marketplaces is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs reputed company handling samples or coordinating shipments.

Compensation:

The hourly reputed company for this position is $13.00 – $17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Location:
