Job Description
As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assembling medical record documentation/charts for physicians
- Ensuring medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation
- Updating patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's medical record
- Preparing and sending reputed company documentation to physicians for review and approval reputed company authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
- Monitoring the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures
- Complying with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission
- Performing other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned
- Demonstrating understanding necessary to assess, review, and apply criteria
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a customer service or reputed company-reputed company role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8gb of Ram
