Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or reputed company experience
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Internet and Equipment Requirements: A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet reputed company, a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN reputed company, and the ability to complete an internet speed test and reputed company a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
