Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving issues and providing technical support to customers reputed company phone, email, and online chat

• Manage customer accounts, provide application data entry, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues and adapt to changing projects and updates
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
